This location enables us to recruit from a large pool of experienced industry professionals and be selective in choosing top talent. Our fulfillment center provides consistency of staff in a highly secure, professional environment with dual screen work stations and flexible capacity to meet client demand.
We have continuous and ongoing recruiting efforts. Candidates are required to have prior mortgage experience including: appraisal, underwriting, compliance, servicing, loss mitigation, scratch and dent, fraud investigation, and other mortgage-related areas of expertise.
Selective screening process matches qualified candidates with the appropriate position. Positions are full or part time, permanent or temporary employees. We do not utilize 1099 contractors.
