The review process is very structured and follows a pre-determined workflow. Staff is assigned to a specific function within the workflow based on experience and skill level. The team lead is the center of the unit and is responsible for the quality and consistency of the output. Each transaction is set up into individual production units based on job responsibility and skill level which ensures that subject matter experts in each area are delivering the most comprehensive and knowledgeable set of results.
